Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern your use of InvoiceStack.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of InvoiceStack. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use InvoiceStack.

2. The service

InvoiceStack helps you upload supported invoice files, extract selected fields, and create consolidated exports. Results are generated by automated processing and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every export before relying on it for accounting, tax, payment, or other business decisions.

InvoiceStack is not an accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisor. The service does not replace professional review.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly contact us if you believe it has been accessed without authorization.

4. Uploaded content

You retain your rights in files and data you upload. You grant InvoiceStack the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and return that content in order to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to upload the content and authorize that processing.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malware, or is subject to handling requirements that InvoiceStack has not agreed to meet.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, reverse engineer it except where the law permits, or use it to build a competing service. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our providers.

6. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Paid products, credits, and subscription plans are described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Polar, and additional checkout terms may apply. Subscription changes and cancellations take effect as described in the dashboard or checkout flow. Credits and processing limits are subject to the plan selected and may not be transferable unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

InvoiceStack and its software, branding, content, and underlying technology belong to InvoiceStack or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is permitted to access it.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep InvoiceStack available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of an extracted result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Any additional liability limits, exclusions, and mandatory consumer protections will be determined by applicable law and the final approved version of these terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or where continued operation is not reasonably possible. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date shown above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
